2StrucCompare is a metaserver providing a single point of access to many secondary structure assignment programs. The site allows for comparison of different methods on a single protein, or a comparison of two different proteins to identify structural differences through secondary structure and distance based metrics.
The Janes group develops tools, databases and webservers for structural biology researchers.
